Care Medical Group, ExpressCare provides high-quality, cost-efficient medical care to Bellingham, WA and surrounding Whatcom County residents and businesses. In 1996, Norman F. Chang, MD, seeing the need for better access to quality medical care, launched ExpressCare. By accommodating both walk-ins and appointments, ExpressCare’s patients found a renewed ideal of medical care: Get the care you need when you need it. In light of this ideal, ExpressCare began offering extended hours, making access to care even more convenient. As time progressed, Dr. Chang found it necessary to integrate other services to provide comprehensive care in one location.
