Welcome to the Fun With The Fuzz 5k website! The Fun With the Fuzz 5K is a road race in Bellingham Washington to support the Behind the Badge Foundation. 100% of the proceeds from this race go directly to the foundation which is responsible for taking care of the families of fallen officers as well as maintaining the Washington State Law Enforcement Memorial located in Olympia.
Created by active Bellingham Police officers, with help from the Bellingham Police Association, this race hopes to provide assistance as well as awareness to this great foundation.
Behind the Badge Foundation
The mission of the Behind the Badge Foundation is to honor the sacrifices of officers who have suffered an in the line of duty death or catastrophic injury by:
- Serving as the trusted resource to families and surviving officers
- Providing immediate and on-going support
- Maintaining the Law Enforcement Memorial as eternal recognition and remembrance for fallen Washington officers.
